青年研究员,博士生导师,2021年入选国家海外高层次青年人才引进计划。2008年于北京理工大学获得学士学位,2012年于中科院微电子所获得硕士学位,2020年于美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校(The University of Texas at Dallas) 电子工程专业获得博士学位,2020年至2021年在比利时欧洲微电子中心IMEC进行博士后研究。2012年至2015年先后在北京希格玛微电子和戴乐格半导体等公司担任模拟设计工程师。
主要从事基于CMOS/BCD、氮化镓(GaN) 等工艺的模拟/功率集成电路设计,包括DC-DC converter, AC-DC converter, LDO 等。以第一作者多次在集成电路顶级国际会议ISSCC和旗舰期刊JSSC上发表论文,并担任JSSC和功率电子领域的旗舰期刊TPEL等的审稿人。
课题组每年招收1-2名博士后,1-2名博士生,硕士生若干名,欢迎有志于模拟/功率集成电路研究与设计、勇于创新的硕士、博士研究生及博士后加入。
