2018年9月-2019年10月,美国马萨诸塞大学安姆斯特分校,访学博士。
主要从事基于忆阻器的类脑计算及系统应用方面的研究工作,旨在构建新一代的类脑智能芯片。从脉冲传入神经感知系统,到脉冲神经元电路的设计,再到基于该神经元的脉冲神经网络硬件系统的构建上开展了相应的研究工作。当前以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., IEDM, IEEE Electron Device Lett. 等期刊/会议上发表学术论文10余篇,ESI高引2篇。申请专利10余项,授权5项。Google学术引用1900多次。
