研究内容:主要从事新型微纳智能气体传感器方面的研究,从光谱技术和半导体气体传感器技术出发,基于新型半导体材料与器件,旨在建立高集成度的气体传感器系统。当前已主持博士后科学基金两项,以第一作者身份发表论文7篇,申请专利6项,授权1项。合作发表论文22篇,累计引用1300多次。代表论著:
