研究内容:新型铪基铁电氧化物薄膜与器件:(1)铪基铁电薄膜制备、物性调控及先进表征;(2)铪基铁电非易失性存储器及铁电类脑器件开发与应用。研究成果以一作/合作发表在Nature Materials、Science等国际知名期刊,多次受邀在领域内重要国际学术会议如IEEE ISAF、EMA等作特邀报告,担任2020/2021 E-MRS科学委员会成员、铪基材料与应用分会场主席。入选上海市海外高层次青年人才引进计划。
