王明,国家海外优青、上海海外高层次、复旦新工科人才。现任bwin必赢青年研究员,博士生导师。2009年本科毕业于吉林大学;2015年于中科院微电子所取得博士学位,师从刘明院士;2013-2014年期间在美国密歇根大学安娜堡联合培养,师从Wei D. Lu教授。毕业后入职华为技术有限公司,后加入新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究,合作导师为Xiaodong Chen教授(新加坡双院院士)。
研究方向为新型存储与计算和柔性智能感知技术,包括非易失性存储器、忆阻神经形态器件与计算、柔性智能电子器件与系统等。主持了国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学青年基金和上海脑中心“求索杰出青年”研究组长等项目。发表高水平期刊论文50余篇,其中以第一作者在Nat. Electron.(2篇)、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.(4篇)、Adv. Funct. Mater.、IEEE EDL(2篇)等杂志上发表论文12篇,通讯作者论文3篇。授权中国/美国/日本专利13项、申请中国/美国/欧洲/新加坡专利12项。曾获中科院优秀博士学位论文和中国真空学会博士优秀论文奖等。
